Job summary

Regnology Germany GmbH is seeking a structured Helpdesk & Customer Success Operations Agent in a fully remote role. You will be the first contact for client inquiries, triaging tickets, and coordinating with global teams to ensure timely resolutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, economics, taxation, or a related field.
• Proactive mindset and motivation to grow; junior professionals welcome.
• Understanding of capital markets, financial instruments, and general taxation rules.
• Strong analytical skills with a high affinity for numbers.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools; familiarity with Jira and Confluence is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills in English; German is a plus.
• Experience with Scrum and agile working methods is advantageous.
• Willingness to participate in on-call support as scheduled.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for client inquiries via Jira Service Desk, Zendesk, or similar. Triage and route tickets to the right teams, document interactions, and monitor resolution status.
• Participate in a rotating on-call schedule to support time-sensitive tickets outside normal hours; collaborate across time zones and support a Follow the Sun model.
