Jeeves is expanding its go-to-market organization and is adding contract recruiting capacity to support growth. This hands-on role requires an experienced recruiter who can take ownership of live requisitions immediately and begin delivering pipeline from week one.

You will partner with the GTM recruiter and sales leadership across multiple markets, focusing on execution and throughput rather than building new infrastructure. Location: Remote within Colombia, Bogota office available if desired.

Competenze

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience across go-to-market roles.
• Fluent English required; daily conversations with hiring managers.
• Fluent Spanish required; Portuguese is a significant advantage.
• Based in Colombia.
• Strong sourcing via Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and referrals.
• Contract or agency experience preferred with rapid results.
• Experience with an applicant tracking system; Lever is a plus.
• Practical fluency with AI tools in recruiting workflows.
• Able to work independently with limited supervision.

Mansioni

• Own full-cycle recruiting across go-to-market requisitions, spanning SDR through Sales Manager roles, as well as revenue operations and partnerships positions.
• Develop and execute outbound sourcing strategies. The majority of our go-to-market talent is passive.
• Partner with sales leadership on role calibration - market realities, compensation positioning, and where requirements may need to be adjusted to meet hiring timelines.
• Maintain accurate and current pipeline data in Lever, ensuring hiring managers and leadership have clear visibility at all times.
• Deliver a consistent, professional candidate experience throughout, with timely communication at every stage.
