Sezzle Internships in Bogota, Colombia is seeking a Marketing Growth Analytics & Operations Intern to bridge marketing, data, and engineering. You’ll write SQL queries, build dashboards, design and analyze experiments, and help scale marketing programs across channels.

Qualifications

Basic working knowledge of SQL.
Strong interest in business and product side.
Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
Experience using AI for research, summaries, and analyses is a plus.
Comfort working in agile, matrixed teams with quick turnarounds.

Responsibilities

Write your own SQL to pull campaign, cohort, and subscription performance.
Track the metrics that drive the business: DAU, NTM, LTV, CAC.
Analyze performance across time periods and segments; flag concerns and improvement areas.
Own the dashboards behind our decisions, and use AI to find answers hiding in them.
Design A/B test variants across channels and audience splits; define success metrics.
Write post‑test analyses: what worked, what didn’t, what we change next time.
Own consumer surveys from request to results: define and query the audience, launch, monitor, report findings.
Translate marketing needs into specs and tickets for engineers to act on.
Investigate system alerts by tracing issues through dashboards and logs.
QA new product features and placements; advise marketing usage.
Identify underused channels and placements and propose usage.
