Sezzle is seeking a Marketing Growth Analytics & Operations Intern to join our fast-paced Marketing Growth team. You will bridge marketing, data, engineering, and product to measure programs across channels, write SQL, and design tests that answer critical questions.

You’ll translate marketing needs into actionable technical requirements and help automate recurring analyses. You will work with BI tools (Looker/Tableau/Redash), leverage AI (Claude/LLMs) for efficiency, and contribute to

• Basic working knowledge of SQL is required.
• Familiarity with Python/JS/HTML/CSS and reading code is helpful.
• Interest in business/product outcomes beyond pure engineering.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Experience with AI tools (Claude/ChatGPT) is valued.
• Comfort with agile, matrixed teams and quick turnarounds.
• Strong bias for action and ownership of work.

Responsabilidades

• Write your own SQL to pull campaign, cohort, and subscription performance.
• Track metrics: DAU, NTM, LTV, CAC.
• Design and measure experiments, including A/B tests.
• Own dashboards behind marketing decisions and use AI to surface insights.
• Translate marketing needs into engineering specs and tickets.
• QA new product features and surfaces for marketing usage.
• Identify underused channels and surfaces and propose improvements.
