Sezzle is seeking a Marketing Growth Communications Intern in Bogota, Colombia to support campaigns behind consumer programs such as subscriptions, giveaways, surveys, and lifecycle communications. You will manage Braze across email, push, SMS, and in-app, build assets, and ensure QA and compliance.

You’ll help with content to optimize channels, collaborate with Design, Product and Compliance, and gradually move from execution to proposing audiences and messages.

Formación

• Pursuing or completed degree in marketing, communications, advertising, business, or related field
• Strong written and verbal English communication
• Experience with CRM/marketing automation platforms is a plus
• Experience building email templates or landing pages is a plus
• Experience with Braze or similar tools is a plus
• Familiarity with AI tools for research, copy, summaries is preferred

Responsabilidades

• Build marketing communications in Braze across email, push, SMS, and in-app
• Build and QA landing pages and campaign assets before launch
• Own asset production flow: build, QA, approvals, deployment
• Manage compliance and legal approvals for assets
• Support day-to-day operations and keep campaigns on schedule
• Report campaign performance and suggest optimizations
