WITHIN is seeking a hands-on Senior Google Ads Manager to lead strategy and execution across multiple client accounts. You’ll stay close to the work in-platform, shaping campaign structure, bidding, measurement, and growth while guiding the broader team.

You will mentor teammates, review work, and collaborate with analytics, creative, and account teams on feeds, ads, landing pages, and growth opportunities. A proven track record in driving client outcomes and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on Google Ads experience across multiple clients.
• Deep knowledge of Search, Shopping, Performance Max, bidding, and conversion measurement.
• Experience teaching or mentoring while running accounts.
• Strong judgment and client communication; ability to prioritize across a varied portfolio.

Responsabilités

• Lead Google Ads strategy and manage Search, Shopping, and Performance Max campaigns.
• Oversee performance across client accounts and align with business goals.
• Utilize value-based bidding, enhanced conversions, and measure gaps.
• Develop testing plans and make data-driven recommendations.
• Advise clients and internal teams on opportunities and tradeoffs.
• Coach teammates and coordinate across accounts.
• Collaborate with analytics, creative, and account teams on feeds and landing pages.
