VALD Technologies is seeking an Accounts Receivable specialist to join our team remotely from Colombia. You will manage end-to-end AR processes, issue invoices, record payments in multiple currencies, set up credit card payments, and chase delinquent accounts while collaborating with sales, contracts, and client success teams.

The role requires bilingual English, a minimum of 3 years in high-volume AR, solid Excel skills, and the ability to learn new software. NetSuite experience is preferred.

Formación

• Bilingual with English as a second language and strong written/speaking skills.
• Minimum 3 years in a high-volume AR role.
• Understanding of sales orders, billing schedules and purchase orders.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong Excel skills (intermediate to advanced).
• Ability to learn and adapt to new software/systems.
• Effective time management and ability to prioritise workflow.
• Proven ability to form and maintain client relationships with internal/external stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Issuing invoices for multiple entities.
• Recording client payments in multiple currencies.
• Processing and setting up one-time credit card payments.
• Chasing delinquent accounts by phone and email.
• Online store reconciliations.
• Reconciliation of daily merchant settlements.
• Responding to client inquiries.
• Identifying and solving customer account issues.
• Collaborating with the team to improve processes.
