A professional services company is seeking an Accounting and Operations Specialist based in Medellín, Colombia. This role requires bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish and strong skills in accounting and ERP administration. Key responsibilities include managing billing, collections, and financial data reconciliation while contributing to process improvements in a remote environment. Candidates should have at least 3 years of relevant experience and be comfortable working autonomously.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or ERP administration.
• Strong knowledge of billing, collections, and inventory processes.
• Proactive mindset and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain and update the ERP system with financial data.
• Manage billing and collections cycles accurately.
• Prepare and reconcile invoices and bank transactions.
• Support month-end closings and external accountants.
• Ensure data consistency across all financial records.
• Contribute to continuous process improvement.
• Support back-office administrative tasks.
• Manage vendor relationships and purchase orders.
• Assist in inventory management within the ERP.
• Help coordinate team schedules and communications.
