Job summary

Atomic HR is hiring a Web Analyst to own tag management and conversion tracking across multiple client websites. You will deploy and maintain pixels, data layers, and server-side tagging in GTM, ensuring accurate measurement from click to CRM entry.

You will configure events in GA4 and across Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, and LinkedIn, while upholding privacy compliance and data integrity. A collaborative, results-focused environment awaits.

Qualifications

• Hands-on tracking experience in a marketing or agency setting.
• Experience with GTM containers, triggers, data layer, and server-side tagging.
• Experience planning and troubleshooting conversion tracking across major ad platforms (Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, LinkedIn).
• GA4 experience including event configuration, key events and DebugView.
• Ability to read HTML/CSS and basic JavaScript for tag troubleshooting; use GTM Preview and browser tools.
• Understanding of GDPR/CCPA and consent management; impact on KPIs and privacy compliance.
• Analytical, solution-driven mindset with ability to communicate technical concepts to non-tech audiences; education marketing experience valued.

Responsibilities

• Own tag management & deployment across a multi-client environment in GTM; manage data layers and server-side tagging.
• Own conversion tracking and platform integration with Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, LinkedIn; configure events and CAPI where applicable.
• QA, debugging, and data integrity; audit tags, verify events in GA4 DebugView before live campaigns.
• Ensure data privacy compliance across sites; manage cookie consent and consent mode configurations.
• Support documentation and cross-team enablement; maintain tagging plans and naming conventions; document setups.
