Job summary

Atomic HR is seeking a Web Analyst to own web analytics and pixel deployment for education and nonprofit partners. You will implement tracking via Google Tag Manager, manage GTM containers in a multi-client environment, and push for measurement accuracy across platforms.

The role covers conversion tracking, GA4 event configuration, server-side tagging, QA and data integrity, privacy compliance, and thorough documentation to empower cross-team decisions and trusted reports.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on tracking or web analytics in a marketing or agency environment.
• Intermediate experience with GTM containers, trigger and variable creation, data layer implementation, and server-side tagging.
• Practical experience planning, deploying, and troubleshooting conversion tracking across major ad platforms with CAPI.
• Hands-on GA4 experience, including event configuration, key events, and DebugView.
• Comfort with HTML, CSS selectors, and basic JavaScript for tag troubleshooting; proficient with GTM Preview mode.

Responsibilities

• Own tag management and deployment — manage pixels, tags, and scripts in GTM for a multi-client environment.
• Own conversion tracking and platform integration — connect website activity to paid ad platforms using pixels and CAPI.
• Own QA, debugging and data integrity — audit tags, events, and data discrepancies across client sites.
• Own data privacy compliance — manage consent banners and privacy regulations like GDPR/CCPA.
• Support documentation and cross-team enablement — document tagging plans and QA checklists for stakeholders.
