Job summary

Atomic HR is seeking a Web Analyst to own the web analytics and pixel deployment across client sites. You will implement tracking via Google Tag Manager, configure GA4 events, and ensure privacy compliance while collaborating with Paid Media and Web Services teams.

In this remote role, you’ll drive data integrity, troubleshoot across platforms, and help scale measurement accuracy for education and nonprofit partners.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on tracking or web analytics experience in a marketing or agency environment.
• Experience with GTM containers, data layer implementation, and server-side tagging.
• Experience planning, deploying, and troubleshooting conversion tracking across major ad platforms.
• Hands-on GA4 experience, including event configuration, DebugView, and reporting.
• Basic HTML/CSS/JS knowledge for tag troubleshooting and script implementation.
• Understanding of GDPR/CCPA and consent management in tracking.
• Analytical, solution-driven mindset with ability to explain technical concepts clearly.

Responsibilities

• Own tag management & deployment — manage pixels, tags, and data layers across multi-client GTM environments.
• Own conversion tracking & platform integration — connect site activity to ad platforms using pixels and CAPI.
• Own QA, debugging & data integrity — audit tags, fix errors, and verify events in GA4 and platform tools.
• Own data privacy compliance — manage cookie banners and consent modes per GDPR/CCPA.
• Support documentation & cross-team enablement — document tagging plans and enable stakeholders.
