Job summary

BairesDev is seeking a Senior AI Software Engineer to build production software connecting to LLM providers and platforms, applying strong Java and Python engineering to agentic AI systems.

You will lead internal AI-driven initiatives, leverage AI coding agents, and own code quality and reliability across the development lifecycle. This is a remote, globally distributed role with top‑tier compensation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience.
• Strong proficiency in Java.
• Hands-on experience with Python.
• Deep expertise in agentic system design, including tool use, agent loops, function calling, structured outputs, and reasoning models.
• Experience with RESTful API development and integrations.
• Comfort with AI‑assisted coding as part of the daily workflow.
• Experience with MCP or AI agent orchestration frameworks.
• Background working with LLM APIs such as OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Vertex AI, or Bedrock; Anthropic experience preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
