Gladly is seeking a data‑driven FP&A professional to own operating expense planning and help shape forecasting across marketing, product, and engineering. You’ll partner with US‑based leaders and report to the Director of FP&A in a fully remote role.

The role combines hands‑on budgeting with automation, using NetSuite, Ramp, Runway, and other planning tools to drive insights and efficiency. Aptitude for AI and strong English communication are essential.

Formación

• 4–6 years in FP&A, corporate finance, accounting, or related analytical role.
• Hands-on ownership of operating expense budgets and budget vs. actuals processes.
• Strong Google Sheets skills with ability to build clear, structured models.

Responsabilidades

• Own the operating expense plan end to end for all departments.
• Review budget vs. actuals with leaders and explain movements.
• Build models, processes, and planning systems for faster forecasting.
• Use AI to automate repetitive tasks and connect systems.
• Define spend efficiency metrics and how they shape forecasts.
• Provide headcount and opex insight for annual planning and board reporting.
