The ideal candidate must have 3 to 6 years of FP&A experience, strong financial modeling skills, and proficiency in Excel. You will provide essential insights through budget tracking, cash forecasting, and KPI reporting while collaborating with finance leaders and helping shape key decisions.

Formación

• 3 to 6 years of experience in FP&A or strategic finance.
• Strong business judgment to analyze financial data.
• Ability to work directly with department leaders.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain the company forecast model and actuals updates.
• Prepare monthly budget vs. actuals reporting.
• Partner with department owners for financial visibility.
• Maintain recurring KPI and cash reporting.
• Support board and investor analytical needs.

Conocimientos

Financial modeling skills

Advanced Excel or Google Sheets

Budget vs. actuals reporting

SaaS metrics understanding

Analytical rigor and attention to detail

Strong written and verbal communication

Experience with AI and automation tools

Educación

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
