Truelogic Software is seeking an early-career Product Manager to bridge product, delivery, and implementation teams in a fast-paced, startup-like environment. You will prototype flows, define workflows, and translate client needs into actionable software configurations while working with AI tools and lightweight coding techniques.

You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, gather requirements, and drive implementation pods to deliver clear product outcomes in a remote, globally distributed

Formación

• Product-minded but highly executional in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.
• Experience in actual product management roles (1–2 years).
• Ability to prototype using AI tooling and understand agent data flows.
• Hands-on prototyping through prompting and lightweight coding tools.
• Strong judgment with incomplete information and strong ownership.

Responsabilidades

• Requirements gathering during implementations.
• Translate workflows into structured requirements, user stories, and briefs.
• Prototype flows, prompts, and lightweight solutions to validate direction.
• Collaborate with Technical Account Managers and engineers to refine solutions.
• Identify recurring workflow patterns and feed them back to the core product.
• Document decisions, edge cases, and process changes.
• Support discovery and handoff across multiple deployments.
