DBSync is seeking a Solutions Sales Engineer in Colombia (Remote) to bridge sales and delivery for mid-market and enterprise clients. You will conduct technical discovery, demos, and POCs, and collaborate with services to scope and deliver robust integration solutions.

The role combines data integration expertise with customer-facing communication, translating technical value into business ROI and leveraging AI/analytics where it adds value.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, CS, Business, or related field.
• 3+ years in technical sales, solutions/sales engineering, integration consulting, or related role.
• Hands-on knowledge of CRM systems and ERP systems.
• Solid grasp of APIs, data mapping, transformation, sync logic, scheduling, and error handling.
• Proficiency with SQL and APIs; familiar with Postman.
• Excellent communication and customer-facing skills; translate technical concepts to business value.
• Fluency in English.

Responsabilidades

• Design integration solutions with sales and customers; scope work to deliver.
• Deliver technical demos, POCs, and trials of DBSync integrations.
• Support services team to build, configure, and validate integration workflows.
• Apply knowledge of SQL, APIs, and CRM/ERP object models to design production-ready integrations.
• Support onboarding and adoption; troubleshoot issues; recommend improvements.
• Layer AI-enabled features onto integration solutions where value is added.
• Gather client feedback; feed into product, templates, and sales positioning.
• Ensure solutions meet data governance, security, and compliance standards.
• Train sales teams on integration capabilities; document repeatable solutions.
• Act as bridge between customers, sales, engineering, product, and customer success.
