You will be a consultant, operator, and engineer—shaping solutions, defending design decisions, and delivering prototypes in weeks with hands-on build and CI/CD ownership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software development experience with mainstream stacks (TypeScript/Node.js, Python, Java, C#/.NET, or Go).
• 1-4 years of experience building and shipping LLM-powered AI systems beyond prototypes or demos.
• Advanced English is required.
• Successful completion of a four-year college degree.
• Hands-on experience with frontier AI developer tools (Cursor, Claude Code, Gemini CLI, OpenAI Codex).
• Proven experience evaluating current-state environments and defining technical roadmaps.
• Experience with APIs, service design, event-driven and distributed systems, and data modeling.

Responsibilities

• Discover: run workshops with business and engineering stakeholders to identify AI problems behind the workflow.
• Structure the process and the specification for automation.
• Architect and design end-to-end agentic systems (orchestration, context retrieval, tool integration, guardrails).
• Build: ship working systems—agents, multi-step automations, internal tooling, integration layers; hands-on contribution.
• Engineer the delivery system: CI/CD, environments, release management.
• Consult: defend decisions with CTOs and business leaders; support pre-sales scoping and proposals.
