FullStack is seeking a seasoned software professional to join our 100% remote team. You will drive client engagements, design AI-powered architectures, and deliver production-grade agent-based solutions across the Americas.

Qualifications

5+ years of professional software development experience in production environments.
Advanced English is required for effective client engagement and collaboration.
Experience with CI/CD, scalable architectures, and distributed systems.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.

Responsibilities

Discover: Run workshops with business and engineering stakeholders to identify AI opportunities.
Structure the process and the specification for automated workflows and AI integration.
Architect & design end-to-end agentic systems, including orchestration and retrieval components.
Build working systems: agents, multi-step automations, and internal tooling.
Own CI/CD pipelines, testing, release processes, and environments for what you build.
Consult with CTOs and engineering leadership; support pre-sales scoping and proposals.
