Job summary

FullStack seeks Forward Deployed Engineers to embed with enterprise teams, architect AI-driven solutions, and ship production-grade systems. You’ll operate as consultant, operator, and engineer, tackling real problems with C-suite stakeholders and delivering scoped work on tight timelines.

You’ll own end-to-end delivery, including architecture decisions, tool & data integration, and CI/CD for reliable deployments in a 100% remote environment with Fortune 500 clients.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software development experience with a production stack (Python/TypeScript/Java/C#/.NET/Go).
• 1-4 years of experience shipping agentic AI solutions, LLM workflows, and RAG architectures in production.
• Advanced English is required.
• Successful completion of a four-year college degree is required.
• Hands-on experience with frontier AI developer tools including Cursor, Claude Code, Gemini CLI, or OpenAI Codex.
• Track record of leading client-facing discovery calls and decomposing unstructured problems.

Responsibilities

• Discover. Run workshops and process discovery with stakeholders; return a scoped, defensible point of view.
• Structure the process and the spec for automation so AI systems can execute against reliably.
• Architect & design end-to-end agentic systems: orchestration, retrieval, integration, guardrails, and human-in-the-loop.
