Job summary

FullStack is seeking Forward Deployed Engineers who embed with enterprise teams to architect, build, and sustain AI solutions in production. You will combine consulting, hands-on engineering, and operations to solve real business problems rather than demos.

You’ll work with regulated industries and Fortune 500 clients, lead discovery with CTOs and VPs, design retrieval architectures and data flows, and deliver end-to-end agentic AI systems with governance and measurable value.

Qualifications

• Advanced English required and strong communication with stakeholders.
• Experience in Agile / Scrum environments and leading client-facing discovery calls.
• Ability to own end-to-end delivery from discovery to production.
• Strong architectural thinking and ability to defend trade-offs.

Responsibilities

• Run workshops and process discovery with business, data, and engineering stakeholders.
• Map current state and translate into executable specifications for AI systems.
• Design end-to-end agentic architectures with data sourcing, retrieval, and governance.
• Deliver working prototypes and scale them to production.
