Job summary

FullStack is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to embed with enterprise teams, architect AI-enabled systems, and ship production-ready solutions. You’ll work across consulting, operations, and engineering, driving discovery, design, and delivery with a focus on data, retrieval, and model behavior.

Expect to own architecture decisions, run discovery conversations, and deliver real value for Fortune 500 clients in a fully remote setting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software development experience with at least one mainstream production stack.
• Strong experience leading client-facing discovery calls and decompose unstructured problems.
• Advanced English is required and a four-year college degree is essential.
• Hands-on experience with frontier AI tools (Cursor, Claude Codex, Gemini CLI, OpenAI Codex).

Responsibilities

• Discover through workshops with business, data and engineering stakeholders.
• Structure process maps and specifications for automation.
• Architect and design end-to-end agentic systems with context & retrieval architecture.
• Build working systems: agents, retrieval services, and evaluation tooling.
• Engineer the delivery system: CI/CD for AI, prompt/version control, eval suites.
• Operate post-launch: observability, retrieval metrics, cost and latency management.
• Consult clients and defend decisions with CTOs, VPs, and leadership.
