ElevenLabs is seeking a Deployment Strategist to join a fast‑growing AI platform team. You will work with Forward Deployed Engineers, GTM, Product, and Strategy to deploy ElevenAgents for enterprise clients and to translate customer problems into actionable AI solutions.

You’ll own complex deals end‑to‑end, structure pricing, and partner with customers from initial use case through to production delivery, including on‑site engagement and regional expansion.

Formación

• 3+ years of enterprise customer experience.
• Experience in product development, delivery and change management.
• Commercial instinct: comfort engaging in deal conversations and pricing discussions.
• Basic proficiency in Python and familiarity with API integration.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills; ability to simplify complex concepts.
• Proven track record of taking ownership of complex, ambiguous projects.
• Ability to work across different customer environments and industries.
• Familiarity with common LLM, tooling and AI agent frameworks.
• Ability to map enterprise use cases and workflows to AI systems.

Responsabilidades

• Meet with strategic customers to understand their AI transformation goals and pain points across customer-facing and operational workflows.
• Own flagship deals end-to-end—from identifying use cases to structuring terms and driving closure.
• Embed yourself inside strategic customers with on-site presence and deliver outcomes as part of their team.
• Identify high‑impact use cases through close engagement with customer problems and workflows.
• Guide customers on best practices for deploying our products, including agent design and production readiness.
• Scope out applications in new industries and expand AI solutions globally.
• Present results and proposals to audiences from technical teams to executives.
• Collaborate with Research teams to feed field insights into the platform and roadmap.
• Build and deliver compelling demos of ElevenAgents to customers.
