Blossom, a U.S.-based fintech serving credit unions, is seeking a proactive Client Support Specialist. You will support clients across multiple channels, using several software applications to resolve requests efficiently and professionally.

Formación

• Minimum of 2 years in client support or similar role.
• Experience in financial institutions, especially credit unions, preferred.
• Strong ability to multitask across multiple software applications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide timely and professional client support across multiple channels.
• Navigate and manage several software applications to resolve requests.
• Assist clients with account inquiries, transactions, and service questions.
• Document interactions and resolutions accurately.
• Maintain high service standards while meeting response times.
