Blossom, a U.S.-based fintech serving credit unions, is hiring an Accounting Analyst to strengthen our finance team. You will own high-velocity close processes, oversee Sage Intacct-driven reporting, and support vendor management and cash forecasting.

We seek a detail-oriented, process-improving professional with 2–4+ years of GAAP accounting experience. Remote-first position supporting cross-border collaboration; English proficiency required, Spanish helpful.

Formación

• 2-4 years of progressive accounting experience.
• Experience with Sage Intacct required.
• Experience with Bill.com or similar AP automation is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and accrual accounting.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Strong written and verbal English; Spanish preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Process and pay vendor bills with proper coding and approvals.
• Monitor integration between Bill.com and Intacct.
• Perform cash reconciliations and forecast cash.
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts and resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare journal entries and post per U.S. GAAP.
• Help standardize reporting in Sage Intacct.
• Support management reporting package for internal stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to streamline accounting workflows.
• Collaborate with FP&A and other teams on finance initiatives.
