Blossom is seeking a Client Support Specialist to deliver exceptional client experiences while working with multiple systems. This role emphasizes proactive problem solving and accurate documentation in a fast-paced fintech environment.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of relevant experience, preferably in a credit union setting, and is comfortable working remotely with global teams. A strong communicator with organizational skills will thrive here.

Formación

• 2+ years of relevant work experience.
• Experience with multiple software applications preferred.
• Experience in a financial institution (credit union) preferred.
• Associate’s degree preferred; high school diploma required.
• Strong multitasking, communication, and attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Provide timely and professional support to clients across multiple channels.
• Navigate and manage multiple software applications to resolve client requests.
• Assist clients with account inquiries, transactions, and service questions.
• Identify issues proactively and escalate when necessary.
• Ensure accurate documentation of client interactions and resolutions.
• Maintain high service standards while meeting response and resolution times.
• Contribute ideas to improve internal processes and client experience.
