Blossom, a U.S.-based company with over 20 years of experience, seeks a meticulous Middle Support Engineer to strengthen Tier 2/3 support for Digital Banking products. You will diagnose incidents, analyze TypeScript/JavaScript code, run PostgreSQL queries, and troubleshoot GraphQL/REST API integrations using Postman or Insomnia, while coordinating with cross-functional teams.

You will review AWS CloudWatch logs, manage a priority-driven ticket queue in JIRA, and perform routine mobile app

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in technical support, software engineering, or QA.
• Proven experience working with SQL databases and reading application logs.
• Familiarity with Node.js environments.

Responsabilidades

• Diagnose and resolve Tier 2/3 incidents across Digital Banking products (Web and Mobile), meeting defined SLAs.
• Analyze TypeScript/JavaScript code to trace application logic and identify root causes of errors.
• Run SQL queries against PostgreSQL databases to investigate data inconsistencies.
• Investigate and resolve GraphQL and REST API integration issues using Postman or Insomnia.
• Review logs in AWS CloudWatch to accelerate diagnosis of production incidents.
• Manage and prioritize the ticket queue by severity and SLA using JIRA.
• Document solutions, root causes, and resolution steps for runbooks and knowledge bases.
• Execute routine mobile app updates and store submissions to Google Play and Apple App Store.
• Escalate blockers to Senior Engineers with a clear summary of investigations.
• Communicate clearly with stakeholders, documenting technical notes in JIRA.
• Verify issues are resolved before closing tickets; provide on-call support when required.
