Job summary

Spreetail is seeking an FBA Analyst to own the day-to-day health of our Fulfillment by Amazon program, driving efficiency and scale across global operations.

You will manage inbound shipments, product onboarding, pricing monitoring, and Merchant VINE launches while partnering with Channel, Supply Chain, and Finance to deliver actionable insights and process improvements. Remote role with a strong emphasis on data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field.
• 2+ years in ecommerce operations, marketplace operations, supply chain, or business analytics; Amazon Seller Central and FBA experience is a strong plus.
• Experience with business workflow and process management tools (such as Process Street).
• Experience with Excel and building SQL queries; Power BI and Tableau are nice-to-haves.
• Strong attention to detail with clear written and verbal communication; able to coordinate with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day FBA health, replenishment, and shipping planning.
• Onboard new products to FBA with accurate listings and prep requirements.
• Support Merchant VINE launches and coordinate with internal stakeholders.
• Monitor pricing, margin, Buy Box signals, and adjust to balance velocity and profitability.
• Build and maintain reporting on FBA program performance (sales, in-stock, aging, storage).
• Lead the design and rollout of repeatable processes and SOPs to standardize FBA operations.
• Act as SME for FBA questions and stay updated on policy changes.
