BairesDev is hiring an Executive Assistant to support executives with personal and lifestyle needs, travel planning, and vendor coordination. This fully remote role requires strong English and the ability to manage diverse requests with initiative.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Executive Assistant roles.
• Experience with travel planning.
• Familiarity with US-based services, vendors, travel, restaurants, and general day-to-day logistics.
• Previous experience handling personal or lifestyle requests for executives.
• Advanced level of English.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end personal and lifestyle support to executives.
• Research, plan, and coordinate domestic and international travel.
• Research and coordinate vendors and service providers, comparing options.
• Coordinate personal events and logistics, including venues and caterers.
• Manage time-sensitive requests independently and follow through to completion.
