Job summary

Trolley is seeking a Production Coordinator to lead events, podcasts, fellowships and partnerships within the Production team. You own work from kickoff to launch, align clients, partners and internal teams, and step in to execute when needed. The Production Lead retains strategy and final decisions.

You will report to the Project Manager and Production Lead, collaborate with the Junior Project Manager and Marketing Coordinator, and help implement AI-enabled workflows to reduce manual work.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating events, marketing initiatives or productions.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with external partners.
• Clear written and spoken communication; comfortable in client meetings.

Responsibilities

• Lead events, podcasts, fellowships and partnerships from kickoff to launch.
• Coordinate marketing campaigns with the Marketing Coordinator.
• Manage client, partner and vendor relationships with clear scope and timelines.
• Maintain trackers, dashboards and CRM records for leadership visibility.
• Develop AI-enabled workflows to streamline reporting and planning.
