Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience leading multiple projects and managing clients or external partners.
• Hands-on execution: draft updates, build trackers and prepare reports when needed.
• Excellent written and spoken communication; confident in client/partner meetings.

Responsibilities

• Lead events, podcasts, fellowships and community programs from vendors to post-event follow-up.
• Drive marketing and content initiatives with the Marketing Coordinator.
• Manage projects and partnerships from plan to launch with clear ownership and timelines.
• Lead client, partner and vendor meetings; keep scope and expectations aligned.
• Coordinate across production, creative, operations and community; raise risks early.
• Maintain trackers, dashboards and CRM records for clear project visibility.
• Implement AI-enabled workflows to reduce manual work.
