Job summary

Trolley AI is seeking a results-driven producer to lead events, marketing initiatives and client relationships within the Production team. You will own work from kickoff to launch, coordinate with internal teams, and step in for execution when needed.

Strategy and decisions stay with the Production Lead, reporting to the Project Manager and Production Lead. You will join a fast-moving, remote team that values collaboration, AI-enabled workflows, and clear communication across production,

Qualifications

• Experience leading multiple projects and managing clients or external partners.
• Hands-on execution: draft updates, build trackers, and prepare reports when needed.
• Clear written and spoken communication with confidence in client/partner meetings.

Responsibilities

• Lead events, podcasts, fellowships and community programs from planning to post-event follow-up.
• Drive marketing and content initiatives with campaigns, newsletters, launches and promotions.
• Manage projects and partnerships from plan to launch with clear owners, timelines and success metrics.
• Lead meetings with clients, partners and vendors; keep scope and expectations aligned.
