Job summary

Halliburton in Bogota, Colombia seeks an entry-level Customer Service and Support Analyst I for the Landmark environment. You will provide remote technical support to users via phone, email, and electronic channels, handling basic installations, configurations, and workflows.

Under supervision, you will apply troubleshooting, perform data quality reviews, and escalate complex issues to senior analysts. A degree in geoscience, engineering, or computer science and advanced English are preferred.

Qualifications

• Degree in geoscience, engineering, or computer science is preferred.
• Experience providing remote technical support for Landmark environment.
• Advanced English proficiency required.
• SAP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote technical support to Landmark users via phone, email and electronic channels.
• Resolve service requests using troubleshooting, data quality review, and workflow understanding.
• Escalate complex issues to higher level Support Analysts as needed.
• Knowledge of domain software applications is developed through training and on-the-job experience.
