Pharmbills LLC is seeking a Data Support Specialist for remote work in Colombia. You will configure and maintain enrollment data, enter and verify client information, and generate important reports across enrollment, payroll, and operations.

You will collaborate with internal teams, clients, brokers, carriers, and vendors to ensure accurate data and timelines. The role emphasizes attention to detail, strong MS Office skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining compliance

Formación

• Experience with data entry, administrative support, or database management.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).

Responsabilidades

• Configure and maintain enrollment data within internal systems.
• Enter, review, and update client information with a high level of accuracy.
• Generate enrollment, payroll, and operational reports.
• Validate data, identify discrepancies, and ensure information is complete.
• Collaborate with internal teams, clients, brokers, carriers, and vendors to support enrollment activities.
• Maintain detailed documentation and accurately record all communications.
• Manage assigned tasks and ensure deadlines and service levels are consistently met.
• Follow established processes, compliance requirements, and quality standards.
• Assist with software implementation, testing, and ongoing data support.
