Cloudstaff is seeking a Billing Specialist to join our remote-friendly team in Colombia. You will generate invoices, manage contract billing, and handle inquiries while ensuring accuracy and timeliness across multiple platforms.

Formación

• Two (2) years of billing experience in a small to medium business environment preferred, but willing to train the right candidate.
• Efficient and accurate data entry skills.
• Technical competencies include efficient use of computer programs such as Outlook, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, MS Office (Word/Excel) and AutoTask.

Responsabilidades

• Generate and issue invoices and/or credit memos for various service types
• Ensuring accurate and timely invoicing for contracts, T&M, procurement, and projects
• Auditing products and services for accuracy across multiple platforms
• Maintaining client's contracts, products and pricing
• Manage billing inquiries
• Process Managed Services contracts
• Create projects from approved SOW's
• Prepare monthly agreement analysis reports
• Process and track requests in ConnectWise / AutoTask
• File approved vendor invoices for Accounts Payable
• Participate in team endeavors and be a collaborative team player
• Complete all tasks as assigned, in a timely manner
