Tucketts is seeking an E-commerce Growth Marketing Manager to lead growth initiatives and drive customer acquisition for its Shopify-powered brand. This remote, full-time role focuses on strategic campaigns across channels, improving the customer journey, and boosting brand presence.

The ideal candidate brings 3+ years in ecommerce marketing, strong analytics, and experience with email campaigns and social media.

Formación

• 3+ years in growth marketing or digital marketing within e-commerce.
• Proficiency in Shopify, email marketing and social media platforms.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to inform strategies.
• Comfort with automation tools and exploring AI to improve efficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Devise and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and customer acquisition goals.
• Develop and execute digital campaigns (email, social media, SEO, PPC) to drive traffic and conversions.
• Continuously optimize the website performance and user experience with A/B testing and analytics.
• Manage and optimize advertising campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, Pinterest, etc.
• Oversee day-to-day operations of the online store and monitor ecommerce metrics.
