Fabula, a fast-growing D2C coffee brand in the United States, seeks a TikTok Shop growth lead to own the entire performance engine—from affiliate recruitment to content and optimization. You’ll collaborate with the founders to scale a creator ecosystem that drives measurable revenue, beyond engagement.

You’ll manage high-volume outreach, develop organic content strategies, ensure FDA/ platform compliance, and leverage AI to boost efficiency and results, fully remote with US overlap.

Formación

• 3-5+ years of experience managing TikTok creators, affiliates, or influencer programs.
• Experience building a TikTok Shop affiliate program with measurable results.
• Familiar with TikTok Creator Marketplace and at least one affiliate platform (Social Snowball, GRIN, Aspire, Modash, Insense).
• Ability to manage high-volume outreach (50+ conversations per month) and track funnel conversions.
• Strong written English for outreach, briefs, and partnership communications.
• Performance-minded and measured by GMV, conversions, CAC, and ROI.
• Daily use of AI to improve outreach, creator research, briefing, and efficiency.
• Comfortable working with founders in a fast-paced environment.
• Highly organized with multiple creator relationships.

Responsabilidades

• Build, manage, and scale TikTok Shop Affiliate Program with sourcing, onboarding, briefs, and commission structures.
• High-volume creator outreach, gifting campaigns, negotiations, and partnerships.
• Maintain a high-quality UGC pipeline for paid ads and Spark Ads content.
• Develop and execute organic TikTok content strategy with trends and collaborations.
• Create FDA-compliant creator briefs and ensure content meets requirements.
• Manage affiliate platform operations (Social Snowball, GRIN, Aspire, Modash, Insense).
• Analyze performance using GMV, orders, CAC, ROI, and conversion rates.
• Test new outreach strategies and creator types to improve program performance.
