Getwingapp is seeking an E-Commerce Specialist to manage the website, optimize product listings, and drive conversions from a fully remote role. You’ll work with content creators, coordinate with suppliers, and support PPC and social campaigns.

Applicants should have 1+ year in ecommerce, SEO, and content/inventory management, plus strong English communication and analytics skills. This remote position offers growth opportunities and competitive compensation.

Formación

• 1+ year of experience in eCommerce, website maintenance, and related industries.
• Experience with content, product, and inventory management.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal (B2).
• Strong copywriting and editing skills.
• Experience with Google Analytics for project management and reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the overall operation of the website and maintain a seamless user experience.
• Respond to customer inquiries and assist with customer selections.
• Optimize product listings and content with descriptions, assets, and specs.
• Build customer relationships and partnerships with creators, influencers, and compatible businesses.
• Collaborate with internal teams on concepts, layouts, and promotional activities.
• Set prices in accordance with industry trends and sales strategy.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners on stock and delivery.
• Develop and maintain initiatives for PPC advertisement campaigns & social media engagement.
• Ad hoc tasks.
