AgileEngine is a leading software company delivering solutions to Fortune 500 brands and ambitious startups. We are proactively building a strategic talent pool for Shopify leadership roles to guide e-commerce initiatives across client portfolios.

The role combines technical leadership, client consultation, and growth strategy. You will mentor developers, engage with sales during pre‑sales calls, and help convert Shopify into a growth engine in a remote-first environment.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in e-commerce
• Proven Shopify Plus expertise and successful store builds
• Ability to translate business goals into technical roadmaps and communicate with stakeholders

Responsabilidades

• Architect and oversee Shopify stores, applications, and custom integrations end-to-end
• Drive scalable and secure solutions, establish coding standards, and create proofs of concept
• Lead engagements, mentor developers, and guide teams through initial project phases
• Serve as primary contact for client portfolios, translating goals into prioritized technical roadmaps
• Provide strategic guidance on conversion optimization, UX/UI, SEO, and performance
• Collaborate with designers, product managers, and marketers to align technical solutions with business goals
• Stay current with Shopify updates, headless frameworks, and third‑party integrations
• Champion engineering excellence and contribute to the broader e‑commerce roadmap
