You’ll guide implementations, mentor developers, and work with sales on pre‑sales calls to turn Shopify into a growth engine in a remote‑first environment. The role requires 5+ years in e‑commerce, a proven record delivering large‑scale solutions, and the ability to translate business goals into technical roadmaps.

Formación

• 5+ years in e‑commerce
• Proven track record delivering large‑scale solutions
• Experience leading development teams and mentoring
• Ability to translate business goals into technical roadmaps
• Strong communication with technical and non‑technical stakeholders
• Experience supporting sales conversations and scoping projects

Responsabilidades

• Architect and oversee Shopify stores, apps, and integrations end-to-end
• Drive scalable and secure solutions and establish coding standards
• Lead small teams and mentor developers in early project phases
• Serve as primary contact for client portfolio and translate goals into roadmaps
• Provide strategic guidance on conversion, UX/UI, SEO, and performance
• Collaborate with designers, PMs, and marketers to align tech with business goals
• Stay current with Shopify updates, headless frameworks, and integrations
• Champion engineering excellence in the e‑commerce roadmap
