BairesDev is seeking a Customer Support Engineer to provide high-level technical assistance for client integrations and platforms. You will bridge complex technical issues with customer satisfaction and resolve challenges through analysis and clear communication.
You will diagnose REST API issues, analyze code and logs, run advanced SQL queries, and manage partner onboarding, ensuring smooth onboarding and ongoing reliability.
Formación
- 5+ years in Technical Support Engineering or similar customer-facing technical role.
- Proven REST API troubleshooting and integration support experience.
- Ability to read and analyze application code and logs to identify errors.
- Proficient in SQL for data querying and troubleshooting.
- Experience onboarding partners and communicating technically with stakeholders.
- Advanced English proficiency.
