• Interact with users, communicate obstacles, and keep them updated on request status.
• Resolve simple and minor configuration issues.

What we are looking for:

• 2-3 years of experience in tech support or similar roles.
• 1+ year of experience in an administrative, operations, compliance, or process-related role.
• 1+ year of customer-facing experience with internal clients.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
