Job summary

Persona is hiring a Customer Success Manager to manage a growing advertiser book for a performance-marketing company. You will own mid-market accounts and assist senior team members on enterprise clients, operating hands-on in Ads Manager and using AI tools to pull performance data.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years in performance marketing or ad tech, and are comfortable working across multiple budgets and clients while explaining CPA movements in plain language.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years in customer success, account management, or campaign operations.
• Fluent in performance metrics: CPC, CPA, CTR, CVR, pacing.
• Technically curious — tracked links, pixels, or postbacks.
• Fluent in English and able to work U.S. business hours.

Responsibilities

• Take new advertisers from signed IO to live in Ads Manager with campaigns, ad groups, targeting, offers, creatives, and CPA targets.
• Build and maintain offer and creative variations for testing and optimization.
• Set up and QA conversion tracking: server-side postbacks, MMP events, and configuration.
• Test tracking links, ensure conversions post-launch, report discrepancies to Engineering.
• Monitor spend, pacing, CTR, CVR, CPA across the book and flag overspend early.
• Perform routine optimizations and flag bigger changes to the manager.
• Use AI tools to pull performance data and draft client recaps quickly.
• Be day-to-day contact for advertisers with timely check-ins and recaps.
