The position requires at least 1 year of CSR experience in B2C or B2B, strong English communication, and solid multitasking abilities. You will handle calls, emails, and chats, and maintain accurate customer records while following company guidelines.

Formación

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Customer Service Representative in a B2C or B2B capacity.
• Excellent English communication skills (B2 level).
• Excellent phone, email and instant messaging communication skills.
• Solid organizational and time management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Handle inbound and outbound calls.
• Resolve customer concerns effectively and efficiently.
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
• Ensure customer satisfaction in every interaction.
• Keep records of customer interactions, process and update customer accounts, and file documents.
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
• Take the extra mile to engage customers.
• Ad hoc tasks.
