Job summary

Capgemini Engineering seeks a Unified Communications specialist to design, implement, and support Webex Calling solutions for enterprise clients. You will manage CUCM, CUBE, and voice gateway configurations, troubleshoot complex call routing, and coordinate cross-functional teams during outages.

The role requires hands-on expertise in Cisco VoIP protocols (SIP, MGCP, H.323), cloud provisioning, and integration with directory services and SSO.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Unified Communications, VoIP, or cloud calling with hands-on Webex Calling experience.
• Strong knowledge of CUCM, CUBE, and Cisco VoIP protocols (SIP, MGCP, H.323).
• Experience with cloud provisioning, directory services, and SSO in enterprise environments.
• Capacity planning, device lifecycle, and vulnerability management in UC infra.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and support Webex Calling solutions including UCMC for enterprise clients.
• Manage CUCM, CUBE, and voice gateway configurations; optimize call routing and troubleshoot issues.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams during outages and incidents; ensure timely resolutions and secure provisioning.
