A technology solutions firm is seeking an experienced Cisco Collaboration Engineer to join their remote team. The ideal candidate should have over 4 years of experience with Cisco solutions and strong skills in VoIP. This full-time role involves installation and support of various Cisco Collaboration tools. The perfect candidate will be adaptable, have a strong analytical mindset, and excellent teamwork skills.

Formación

• 4+ years of experience in Cisco Collaboration support or implementation.
• Hands-on experience with CUCM, Unity Connection, Expressway, WebEx, and UCCX.
• Knowledge of SIP, H.323, MGCP, SCCP, and QoS.

Responsabilidades

• Install, configure, and support Cisco Unified Communications and Collaboration solutions.
• Manage and troubleshoot CUCM, Unity Connection, Expressway, WebEx, and Contact Center Express.
• Implement and maintain security protocols (TLS, certificates, SSO, Toll Fraud prevention).
