The role emphasizes collaboration, proactive problem solving, and clear, scalable processes. Ideal candidates have 5+ years of experience, are proficient with Asana and Google Suite, and thrive in a fast‑paced, detail‑driven environment.

• 5+ years of professional experience.
• Familiarity with Asana and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
• Comfortable working in a fast paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Regularly manage projects using Asana and maintain status docs and trackers.
• Keep communication and updates visible to teams across departments.
• Schedule team meetings with clear agendas and goals.
• Capture meeting notes and consolidate feedback.
• Foster collaboration among global teammates across LATAM and US hubs.
