WITHIN is seeking a Creative Junior Project Manager in Bogotá to help develop and refine project management skills. You will route internal jobs, keep teams aligned, and ensure collaboration from start to finish, while adopting AI-enabled workflows and contributing to a fast-paced creative environment.

Ideal candidates bring 3–5 years of experience, familiarity with Asana and Google Suite, and a bachelor's degree. The role offers in-office work in Bogotá with competitive salary and benefits.

Responsabilidades

• Manage internal workflow and lifecycle of projects.
• Facilitate communication between departments (Account, Creative, Strategy, Media, Production).
• Schedule team meetings with clear agendas and goals.
• Capture notes and consolidate feedback.
• Identify potential problems and propose solutions in advance.
• Oversee planning for growing projects and manage designer/editor schedules.
