Are you a master multitasker who loves keeping projects on track, clients happy, and teams aligned? We’re looking for a Creative Project Manager (CPM) who can juggle multiple video projects at once, collaborate across teams, and deliver an exceptional client experience from start to finish.

In this role, you’ll be the go-to person for organizing moving pieces, setting priorities, and making sure every project is delivered on time, on budget, and beyond expectations. You’ll work closely with clients and internal creative teams to coordinate production timelines, manage deliverables, and keep communication flowing smoothly across all stakeholders.

• Manage and lead a portfolio of creative projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and scope.
• Oversee multiple video and creative production projects simultaneously, coordinating timelines, deliverables, and internal workflows.
• Deliver a seamless client experience by proactively anticipating needs and staying ahead of project milestones.
• Organize, prioritize, and track daily tasks to ensure efficient execution and quality delivery.
• Collaborate with internal creative teams (editors, designers, producers) and external stakeholders to align objectives and meet project goals.
• Maintain clear, consistent communication throughout each project’s lifecycle.
• Reverse engineer project outcomes to help clients achieve their specific goals.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships as a reliable point of contact.
• Document project progress in established cadences using project management software and collaboration tools.
• Take ownership of challenges, using all available resources to find optimal solutions.
• Resolve client concerns swiftly and professionally, strengthening long‑term partnerships.
• Leverage available tools and technology to deliver an exceptional client experience.

• 2+ years of project management experience (minimum requirement).
• Exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience in creative environments (video production, marketing, content, or design teams) is highly valued but not mandatory.
• Demonstrated success in developing strong client relationships and managing client‑facing projects.
• Proven ability to maintain exceptional attention to detail while managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Tech‑savvy and comfortable working with digital tools and creative workflows. A technical background is not required, but candidates should feel confident navigating project management platforms and collaboration tools.
• Experience using tools such as Asana, ClickUp, Monday, Notion, Trello, Slack, Google Workspace, or similar project management and collaboration platforms is highly valued.
• Ability to coordinate across creative teams and stakeholders while maintaining organization and project momentum.
• Self‑starter with a solutions‑oriented mindset, thriving in small, dynamic teams.
