WITHIN is seeking a Creative Junior Project Manager to help develop project skills, own internal workflow, and drive high‑quality client deliverables. You will route projects through their lifecycle, keep teams informed, and foster collaboration across LATAM and US hubs while growing in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes organization, communication, and a proactive approach to problem‑solving, with opportunities to lead small client work and support senior PMs.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3–5 years professional experience.
• Familiarity with Asana and Google Suite.
• Detail-oriented in fast-paced environments.
• Nice to have knowledge of creative development, production, and marketing.

Responsabilidades

• Regularly use project management tools and document status updates.
• Coordinate across departments to ensure timely delivery.
• Schedule and run team meetings with clear agendas.
• Capture notes, consolidate feedback, and share progress.
• Assist in overseeing designer and editor schedules and workflows.
• Support AI integration and scalable project processes.
