The role emphasizes strong organization, proactive communication, and collaboration across teams in a fully remote setting. The ideal candidate has 2–4 years of project coordination or related experience, excellent communication skills, and familiarity with project management tools like Workfront.

Formación

• 2–4 years of project coordination or management experience.
• Agency, creative, or marketing background preferred.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication.
• Ability to manage multiple brands and workstreams.
• Familiarity with budgeting, estimating, or resource tracking.

Responsabilidades

• Support day-to-day management of projects across brands and teams.
• Move projects from intake through execution and final delivery.
• Build and maintain timelines, trackers, and status updates.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to stay aligned and on schedule.
• Track milestones, approvals, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Flag risks and delays early and escalate when needed.
• Maintain project details in tools and shared docs.
• Assist with meeting coordination and next steps.
• Support scope, budget, and resource tracking.
• Ensure deliverables align with the brief.
• Organize project files, approvals, and assets.
• Contribute to process improvements for team efficiency.
